The primary goal of Sawex S.A. is to secure the needs and expectations of the most demanding, current and future customers by providing the highest quality products and services. Chemical raw materials distributed by the company are subject to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council of 18 December 2006 on the registration, evaluation, authorization and restriction of chemicals (REACH).

We are aware that in today’s market there is a necessity to constantly implement new technological, technical and organizational solutions, so that the quality of our services exceeds the competition. The company’s goal is to strengthen its position on the domestic and foreign markets, and to constantly obtain economic results ensuring its development. We adhere to the principles of business ethics in relation to all business entities cooperating with us.

The measures guaranteeing the achievement of the above goals are:

• implementation and continuous improvement of the Management System in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard,
• periodic control of sold products,
• continuous measurement of customer satisfaction as well as anticipating and exceeding their expectations,
• ensuring the best possible working conditions and professional development through a system of training and self-improvement so that employees have the opportunity to function in a group of friendly and competent people,
• full commitment of the management and all employees to the conscious implementation of the quality policy.

The Management Board of Sawex S.A. provides all necessary measures to ensure the functioning and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
