Higher education at the Warsaw School of Economics. A graduate of the Executive MBA program organized by the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development in cooperation with the Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University.

In the years 1981-1990 he worked at P.T.H.Z. Elektrim, specializing in foreign trade on the markets, incl. Turkish, Finnish, German. Co-founder of the SAWEX company. In the years 1990-2006 he was the Vice President of the Management Board, and from 2006 to 2019 he was the President of the Management Board of Sawex and the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Currently, the main shareholder and advisor to the President of the Management Board.
